Terms and Conditions of the TENDER:
1. All offers must be received in writing by Hammond Realty before the tender closing deadline of 1:00 pm on March 27, 2024.
2. All offers received are to be left open until 1:00 pm April 2, 2024. All offers received will be addressed and responded to (i.e. accepted, rejected, or countered).
3. All offers shall include a Seller’s condition that the offer is subject to the consent of all beneficiaries of the Estate of Brian Wayne Shuttle being obtained within 14 calendar days of offer acceptance.
4. Buyer’s offer will be itemized by legal description.
5. Preference will be given to UNCONDITIONAL offers with prearranged financing.
6. The highest, or any, offer will not necessarily be accepted.
7. In addition to the top offer for any individual parcel, consideration will be given to offers that provide the highest aggregate price for any combination of parcels.
8. Buyer must provide a deposit cheque for 5.0% of the price being offered unless otherwise agreed. The deposit cheque will only be cashed if the offer is accepted.
9. Seller will be responsible for the property taxes on the property to 11:59 pm December 31, 2023.
10. Any crop unharvested or stored on the land may be harvested and removed from the land according to The Agricultural Leaseholds Act.
